How can I track my exchange?Updated 10 months ago

You can track when your exchange is delivered to our warehouse by following up in the Return Portal. Once we’ve received your exchange, it can take 5-7 business days to process it and refund the original form of payment.  If a sale code/reward points were used to purchase the original order and exchange order is full price we will refund the full price order. You will receive a separate email letting you know when this happens.  Please allow 5 additional business days for your bank to process the refund.
