**NanaPass has been disabled while our warehouse is undergoing a consolidation process. If you have any concerns regarding a current order please email [email protected]**

Upgraded shipping and NanaPasses must be added at the time of purchase.

• Upgraded shipping orders are now processed the next business day. (excludes weekends and holidays).
• If you forgot to add NanaPass to your order, please purchase your NanaPass separately within 12 hours of your original order, and email [email protected] with your new order number for the NanaPass, as well as your original order number.
• NanaPass is only eligible to be added to 1 order.
  

Please note, Preorder, Print on Demand and Basics are not eligible for upgraded shipping or NanaPass.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping.
