Can I cancel or change my order?Updated 10 months ago
To cancel or make changes to an order, email [email protected] within 12 hours of the order being placed. A 15% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation requested after 12 hours from the order being placed.
- Cancellations or order changes will only be completed during our standard customer service hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM PST)
- Cancellation or order change requests cannot be guaranteed and may still ship out per our shipping guidelines.
- Priority orders and NanaPass orders are sent to our shipping department sooner, and we can not guarantee they can be cancelled or changed within the 12 hours.
- Coupons/rewards points utilized will NOT be reimbursed or re-issued.
