Sale, Clearance, Buy One Get One, and any discounted item marked SALE is Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. (See below for more guidelines). 

• The term "Final Sale" means an item can not be returned or exchanged.
•  Any purchase using a 25% or higher discount is FINAL SALE. Any Sale with "All Sales Final" defined in the terms is also FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged. 
• Home decor and pet products are FINAL SALE.
• Please note due to sanitary reasons, the following items will only be eligible for return or exchange if the tags and hygienic liners (if included) are still attached: swimwear, intimates, undergarments, bras, bandeaus, and hair accessories (including hats and beanies), and some beauty. There will be no exceptions on these items.
