We are sorry that you weren’t completely satisfied with your purchase and are happy to assist you with a return.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process it. You will receive a refund in the form of a NanaMacs digital gift card sent to your email address on file for your order. Make sure to check your spam and promotions folder if you have difficulty finding the email as sometimes our emails end up in these folders.
If you purchased ReDo the cost of your return will be covered by ReDo. You will be required to submit the return through the portal below. If you did not purchase ReDo you can still use the return portal below and purchase a return label. No return fee is deducted from your refund total.
