How do I exchange an item from my order?Updated 7 months ago

We're sorry that you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase. As stated in our policy, an exchange is defined as exchanging the exact item for a different size and/or color.  All exchange items must meet our return requirements which can be found by clicking the following link: https://nanamacs.com/pages/help-center?hcUrl=%2Fen-US%2Fis-my-order-exchange-eligible-338086

 

If you wish to make an exchange, please follow these three easy steps:

 

1) Go to the website and make a new purchase for the item in the size and/or color you prefer.

2) Respond to this email thread with your new order number.

3) To ship the original item back to us, please follow this link to our returns portal:


Start Your Exchange


Once we’ve received your return, it will take 5-7 business days to process and notify the bank of your refund. You will receive a separate email letting you know when this happens. Please allow 5 additional business days for your bank to process the refund.  

Note, if we do not receive communication of the exchange the original item will be processed as a return. This means you will receive compensation in the form of a store credit digital gift card in accordance with our return policy.
