Is my order exchange eligible?Updated a year ago

Exchanges are only accepted for the same item, in different size or color.

Eligible items for exchanges are items that are not Final Sale, Flash Sale or part of our sale collection. Sale, Clearance, Buy One Get One, and any discounted item marked SALE is Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any purchase using a 25% or higher discount is FINAL SALE. Any Sale with "All Sales Final" defined in the terms is also FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. All exchanges need to be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used with all tags attached (if included).
