Is my order return eligible?Updated a year ago

Eligible items for returns are items that are not Final Sale, Flash Sale or part of our sale collection. Sale, Clearance, Buy One Get One, and any discounted item marked SALE is Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any purchase using a 25% or higher discount is FINAL SALE. Any Sale with "All Sales Final" defined in the terms is also FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns need to be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used with all tags attached (if included).  In addition, returns need to be received back to our warehouse within 30 days from when it was delivered to you, the customer.
