What do I do if my tracking says delivered but I didn't receive it?Updated a year ago

We find sometimes USPS will update the tracking number to show the package is delivered prior to their actual delivery drop. We recognize how inconvenient this is, but these delays are unfortunately outside of our control. We do request that customers give USPS an additional day in some cases to actually deliver the package. As stated in our shipping policy, you are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package.  NanaMacs is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.  However, we will do our best to help locate your package.  If it still cannot be found, the next step would be to contact your neighbors and postal system.
